Online yoga sessions

Mindwalk is an online yoga school that runs inclusive sessions designed to treat anxiety, stress and trauma. Mindwalk is a Social Enterprise that supports marginalised groups and provides free classes for those that wouldn’t otherwise have the financial means to take part. Organic and sustainable wine

Forty Hall is a 10 acre organic vineyard in North London. It produces still and sparkling wine and is run and managed by local people. All profits from from sales are used to fund their ecotherapy project, which provides volunteering opportunities in the vineyard, Their aim is to improve mental and physical health through working outdoors in a green environment, being socially connected and engaged with horticultural activity and the production of their wines.

Outdoor swimwear & accessories

Seabirds is a not-for-profit organisation that sells affordable and ethical swimwear and accessories, the profits from which are used to provide free therapy sessions for adolescents with anxiety. They also donate to local charities, provide free swim sessions to local asylum seekers as well as free or heavily subsidised sessions for marginalised groups and NHS workers.
