OUR VISION
We believe every woman who seeks refuge in the UK should have the opportunity to flourish and fulfil her potential. Our mission is to provide space for women from refugee backgrounds to form friendships and support networks, enabling them to better navigate the challenges of building a new home in the UK. Our values guide us in our work:
GENEROSITY
Gaining asylum in the UK can be an emotionally draining process. We want to show women who’ve been through the system some TLC. We harness the generosity of people who support and contribute to our work, to create an environment which is warm, welcoming and (most importantly) filled with flowers.
COLLABORATION
We’re a team of three and, although three is the magic number, we can’t achieve our mission alone. Collaboration with organisations and individuals who share our vision is the key to everything we do and, together, we’re able to make something greater than the sum of its parts.
OPENNESS
We’re open to new ways of doing things, and are always striving to learn from those around us - especially the women we’re here to support.
