We are a different kind of property guardian company.
Our vision is simple: we stand for property guardianship that serves the interests of property owners, property guardians and local communities. Our commitment to making communities safer and stronger is at the heart of everything we do.
On behalf of owners, we take good care of buildings that would otherwise be empty. We provide guardians with good quality housing which is much more cost effective than the private rental market. And we make a positive difference to communities by ensuring our guardians are great neighbours who volunteer at least 16 hours a month for good causes while preventing the blight that empty buildings cause.
Whilst we don’t offer ‘forever homes’, we do offer homes that have a ‘forever impact’ on you and the people around you. Since our conception, we have turned hundreds of empty properties into good-quality, affordable homes, enabling our guardians to use their extra time to volunteer for a cause that they care about and that will help to create a more sustainable future for both their communities and themselves.
