At Mangata London we use a fabric that is made from 100% post consumer recycled plastic bottles, re-purposing them before they end up in landfill and inevitably the ocean.
We've reduced our packaging to a minimum, using purely recycled paper, swing tags made from cotton off cuts and even compostable mail bags.
We work closely with our manufacturer in Romania to ensure the most efficient use of material. Our shorts are made in small production runs which ensures the team are able to remain focused on quality, durability, comfort and style.
We are continuously trying to make improvements to our sustainability. This year we started the Mangata Medley, a new wood on our founders family farm where we aim to plant many different species of trees to offset our carbon footprint as well as finding ways to reduce it in the first place.
