Mindwalk Yoga is a social enterprise on a mission to reach diverse people with mind-body-breath practices that could help reduce stress and anxiety, especially during COVID-19. Right now we are all going through unprecedented trauma and we all need to prioritise our mental well being. Yoga-therapy-for-anxiety can be an effective method for treating symptoms. Mindwalk Yoga offers drop-in online yoga-therapy-for-anxiety classes each week, plus bite-size practice-at-home videos.

Classes, courses, and videos are led by Zakiya Bishton, founder and longtime yogi. Zakiya comes with more than 10 years of yoga teaching experience, plus specific training in yoga-therapy-for-anxiety and yoga-therapy-for-PTSD.
