The Immersion Programme is a unique learning experience that sees you deep dive into the challenges faced by a social venture. Your challenge? To help unlock blocks and produce a solution based on your skillsets and experiences in the commercial world.Following a highly inspiration-driven and immersive introduction to social entrepreneurship, venture development and consulting tools and techniques you graduate our Immersion Phase as a Social Enterprise Consultant where you continue to participate remotely, part time, working on a tailored assignment for one of our start-up social enterprise clients. Collaborating with peers you help tackle one of our Big Four Goals – youth disadvantage, sustainable planet & waste reduction, creative economies or diversity in entrepreneurship.
