Bootstrap: Workspace providing support for local entrepreneurs
Bootstrap is home to over 70 organisations, including small businesses, creative and social entrepreneurs, charities and start-ups.

Bootstrap Charity manages and provides workspace for startups, social enterprises, charities and small businesses. We offer support to our tenants to grow into sustainable businesses and to be socially enterprising.
We empower young people by arming them with skills, knowledge, tools and a network to succeed professionally.
WORKSPACE
We manage over 60,000 square foot of workspace on Ashwin and Abbot Street in Dalston, Hackney. We let studios and desk spaces at the current market rate to a mix of tenants, from small businesses and creative and social entrepreneurs to charities and start-ups.
We offer practical support to our tenants with business development, subsidised rent, free event spaces, and fundraising. We offer a series of programmes for young entrepreneurs that want to develop their own businesses and social enterprises.

Throughout 40 years of change, we remain a charity. We look to offer support to our tenants to grow into sustainable businesses and to be socially enterprising, and we empower young people by arming them with skills, knowledge, tools and a network to succeed professionally.
ENTERPRISE PROGRAMMES
Bootstrap Charity runs a series of programmes for young entrepreneurs that want to develop their own businesses and social enterprises. We recruit tenants as business mentors and coaches, and provide tailored support for the young people.
