We’re on a mission to make fulfilment at work the norm, not the exception

Traditional careers guidance isn't working. We're reinventing it, drawing from the worlds of entrepreneurship, psychology and design thinking, and powering our approach through community and technology.

Since 2006, we've reached 5.5m+ people and worked directly with 9,500+ career changers across 66 countries.

We're proud to be a Certified B Corporation

We believe business can make a difference in world. That’s why we’re proud to be part of a community of organisations that are committed to social and environmental benefit.

Why we became a B Corporation

We started Careershifters with a social purpose.

Through our own experiences of shifting careers, we were moved by the huge number of people around us who were unhappy in their work – and, in turn, the profound negative impacts this was having on their health and well-being, and on their wider contribution to the world.

We wanted to change that.

So, that’s why we set up Careershifters – and why we’re a .org (not a .com).

The B Corporation Certification didn’t exist when we started, but that now it does, it was a no-brainer for us to apply: not only does it tangibly demonstrate and embed our social and environmental objectives, but it also allows us to support a movement we deeply believe in.
