We’re TOTM, the ethical and sustainable period care brand powered by you. Our brand is driven by our mission to tackle period plastic and end the silence surrounding menstruation.

PLANET-FRIENDLY PERIOD CARE.

Traditionally, period care products have been bad news for the environment but we’re here to change all that. Period plastic is damaging our planet. It’s time to tackle the staggering amount of plastic ending up in oceans and landfills.

Our tampons, pads, and liners are made with GOTS certified organic cotton. Unlike conventional cotton, this is grown without toxic, synthetic pesticides and uses sustainable farming methods.

We’re also proud to offer a reusable, zero-waste menstrual cup. So, whether you use tampons, pads, menstrual cups or a mix, we’ve got your back.

MADE WITH GOOD, HONEST INGREDIENTS.

The vagina is one of the most absorbent and sensitive parts of the body, so it’s good to know what’s inside the products you’re using down there.

We never use fragrance, synthetic absorbents or chlorine bleach in our period care because artificial additives can cause discomfort and irritation. You deserve high-quality ingredients and nothing less.
